Fun at the 2010 Blackfoot Fair

We love our tradition of going to the Blackfoot Fair every September. Its a little redneck, but we like it anyways. The kids enjoy the animals, rides and food, and we love spending time together. In the past, the highlight has mostly been the animals. This year our kids are old enough to start enjoying the rides! Here we are with the horses. There were cows on the other side and this is where Nixon uttered his first "MOO" at the top of his lungs. As you can tell, he is SUPER interested.

We took a little time out to listen to the live music they had. The kids were being so cute, we just had to take a picture. They fight a lot, but they really do love each other. Its cute to see them taking care of each other.

Paul and I got to enjoy a few of the rides. This was the one and only i rode. I got a little sick after this one. The spinning does it to me every time. The kids LOVED it though. They wanted to spin faster and faster!

Paul got to ride the super cool caterpillar roller coaster witht the kids. This was definately the hightlight of the day for them. Even though hudson looks like Paul is pinching him, he really did have a blast sitting up there like a big boy. He is getting so big and definately isnt my little baby anymore...sigh. Luckly he is still a little cuddle bug.

Hi Jenna,

I was wondering if you would be able to get back to me on this: I was referred to your blog post about the laundry basket bassinet. I LOVED it!! I was wondering if you could please send me the instructions for it. How much fabric, etc. It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Claire :)
